The COVID-19 pandemic is preventing Christians from gathering in person to mark Holy Week, one of their most important times. Holy Week, which began on Palm Sunday, includes Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday. It reminds Christians of God's sacrifice of his son and observes the last week of Jesus' life.
