WE, MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS, journalists, press freedom advocates and academics, raise our collective voice and declare our opposition to government requiring journalists to secure accreditation from the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) to be exempted from the enhanced community quarantine.
