BELLS TOLL . The Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral rings its bells on Wednesday noon (March 18, 2020) as an expression of global solidarity amid the 2019 coronavirus disease (Covid-19) threat. Archbishop Jose Palma has suspended Eucharistic celebrations in all parish churches in the Archdiocese of Cebu.
