The Church of the Highlands continued hosting drive-through testing on Wednesday at a new location, moving the test site to its Grants Mill Road campus, and quickly reached capacity. Cars are now being turned away.
With 400 cars on campus by 7 a.m., testing began earlier than planned, at about 8:25 a.
