Urban Renewal Co-Chair Algernon Allen suggested yesterday that the controversy surrounding the auditor general’s report into the Urban Renewal Programme has become an “orgy of propaganda”. Allen was explaining his decision not to appear before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), which is investigating Urban Renewal.
