Austria’s Tyrol province is ordering a lockdown to fight the coronavirus, initially for a one-week period. The provincial governor, Guenther Platter, announced Sunday that people will be allowed to leave their homes only for reasons such as buying food and medicine, visiting the doctor, getting cash or walking the dog.
