THE LATEST NOTICES. * Hubbard City closed public access to utility billing office windows, and the tax office will not handle in-person filing. Checks or money orders ä not cash ä for utilities may be placed in the drop box at the front entrance of the City Municipal Building. Tax returns can be mailed or placed in the utility drop.
