Avalon Centre: Bright Minds - Bright Minds Child Care Service here at the Avalon Centre are starting full time child care from September 2020. Opening hours will be 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Bright Minds are providers of the ECCE scheme and the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) offering free Preschool spaces.
