coronavirus uk. Getty The UK has reported 163 cases of coronavirus and two deaths as of Friday afternoon. The UK's Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty reported on Thursday that an elderly woman with underlying health conditions had died after contracting the virus in Reading. A second patient died in Milton Keynes on Friday.
