Frightening news has emerged of Nigeria's first confirmed case of the virus. The victim, an Italian man, arrived in the country from Milan and spent almost two full days travelling round before the illness was detected and he was isolated, Health Minister Osagie Ehanire told reporters on Friday in the capital Abuja.
