The death toll from Nepal's violent earthquake continues to rise, now topping 4100 as an Australian woman was confirmed killed in the Mount Everest base camp avalanche. Dozens of Australians remain unaccounted for as recovery operations continue following the magnitude 7.9 earthquake and hope is now fading for those still trapped under rubble.
