West Mercia Police has issued an alarming warning to flood victims over a bank scam circulating the Midlands. The force, based in the Midlands, took to social media to implore local residents to exercise caution. West Mercia Police spoke out after Storm Dennis battered the region - sparking huge downpours and heavy flooding across the area.
