NASHUA, N.H. Scott Brown, out of office but not out of the equation as a GOP kingmaker in New Hampshire, said yesterday Hillary Clinton “will make a better president than Barack Obama.” But, he added while on Boston Herald Radio during a GOP summit in Nashua, Mitt Romney trumped them both.
