Met Eireann has issued a status yellow wind warning for four counties for this evening and tonight. The forecaster says northwesterly winds will strengthen with gusts of up to 100 kilometres possible in Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal - strongest near coasts. The warning is valid from 5pm this evening until 6am tomorrow morning.
