CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Public forum on school funding legislation: State Rep. John Patterson, D-99, of Jefferson, is the co-author of bi-partisan legislation to remake Ohio’s school funding system. Patterson will speak at 7 p.m. Feb. 10 at Cleveland Heights High School, 13263 Cedar Road.
