A Buffalo father on a 5-year probation sentence in the 2018 fire death of his son has been sentenced by State Supreme Court Justice Deborah A. Haendiges to one year in jail for knowingly violating a non-offensive conduct order of protection in violation of the terms of his probation, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.
