Heads of state and government from dozens of countries arrived in Jerusalem to mark the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp. The January 23 event at Jerusalem's Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial comes amid a spike in anti-Jewish violence in Europe and around the world.
