VALE PETER WALSH (1935-2015) MWD has learnt of the death of Peter Walsh, a key cabinet minister in the reforming Hawke Labor government. Peter Walsh was a genuine radical in the sense that he saw the necessity of economic reform and played an important part in implementing it during the time of the Hawke/Keating government.
