Armen Loosararian, 91, a retired National Security Agency analyst who specialized in communications traffic, died March 16 at a hospital in Silver Spring, Md. The cause was congestive heart failure, said a son, Alan Loosararian. Mr. Loosararian was born in New York City. He worked for the NSA from 1952 to 1979 and held various managerial positions.
