Field Kindley Wasson Jr ., 61 of Little Rock died Sept. 8. Wasson served as chief legal counsel to Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton until 1992, a position the banker/financier described as "the best job" he'd ever had. Clifton Loyd Ganus Jr. , 97, died Sept. 9 in Searcy.
