“Whatever you want to do, you need to be doing it now,” said DJ Frosty, sitting in Hot 105.7’s radio studio in Montgomery. “Nobody’s going to call you and say, hey, do you want a job on the radio?” That’s certainly not how it worked for Frosty, who has a growing list of radio stations he works with, including Montgomery’s iHeart Media cluster.
