Pope Francis has named Bishop Stephen Ameyu Martin Mulla, until now Bishop of Torit diocese, as the new metropolitan archbishop of Juba. According to a statement released by the Vatican today, Pope Francis said he accepted the resignation of Archbishop Paulino Lukudu Loro, from the pastoral care of the Archdiocese of Juba.
