CEDAR RAPIDS — Installing 5,000 Christmas lights and sequencing those to ȁ#x201c;You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinchȁ#x201d; and traditional carols proved to be more of a challenge than Tim Collins realized, but he didn’t view the project as work because it would benefit a worthwhile cause.
