The Foreign Secretary said today: 'This accident is a terrible tragedy and I want to offer my heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of all those involved in the accident. 'We currently believe that three British people have been killed in this tragedy but we cannot rule out the possibility that there are further British people involved.
