In 1959, a television version of the radio programme The Navy Lark was produced. I informed readers back in June 2018, wrongly it seems, that HMS Portchester Castle was the destroyer used in the production. Fred Vintner, from Suffolk, tells me I was wrongly informed and that it was the minesweeper HMS Reedham that doubled as HMS Troutbridge.
