A frightening five-second video clip clearly shows a small pleasure craft racing toward a seawall adjacent to the U.S. Coast Guard Station on Miami Beach. The video briefly loses sight of the boat as Coast Guard personnel race to the scene by land and craft. Then the boat re-emerges, slowly drifting east into Biscayne Bay.
