DUMAGUETE CITY - Mayor Felipe Antonio Remollo is calling on residents of this provincial capital of Negros Oriental to be “instruments of peace”. He issued the statement as the city celebrated on Monday the 399th feast of the city’s patroness, St. Catherine of Alexandria, and its 71st charter day anniversary on Sunday.
