The situation is creating challenges to the Ministry of Public Health and other state resources. Minister Volda Lawrence has since described the situation as a ticking “time bomb”. Minister Lawrence made the disclosures, Wednesday, while a guest on ‘The Political Show’ on Kaieteur Radio.
