Three judges will decide the appeal. Here is more about each of them. Justice Simon Whelan was one of the original members of the comedic Coodabeen Champions and was known to radio listeners as Massive from Moorabbin or Ivan from Ivanhoe. Justice Whelan was appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2012, after eight years at the Supreme Court.
