As they prepare to perform in Newcastle, Lighthouse Family have recalled how their act was formed in the city and how they picked their name. The band is touring around the country and will be performing at on Thursday. Vocalist Tunde Baiyewu and keyboardist Paul Tucker formed Lighthouse Family in 1993, having met in Tyneside while students.
