Buckingham Palace 5th November, 2019 The Queen gave a Reception at Buckingham Palace this evening for recently retired and appointed Lord-Lieutenants. The Princess Royal, The Duchess of Gloucester and The Duke of Kent were present. The Duke of Cambridge, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.
