“I never really thought about doing anything else,” Sugg said. The 36-year-old Heber Springs resident is a daughter of Sid and Judi King of Clinton. An ASU graduate, Sid King started KGFL in 1977 and now has four stations. He is the owner and general manager of King/Sullivan Radio.
