Suva, Fiji | | Saturday 3/14/2015 - 09:31 GMT. A terrifying tropical cyclone which smashed into Vanuatu in the South Pacific wreaked "complete devastation", an aid agency said, raising fears Saturday that dozens may have died in what may be one of the region's worst weather disasters.
