RHINELANDER, WI (WSAU-WXPR) -- Two state Democrats have proposed a new Family Medical Leave bill. The Act creates a Family Medical Leave Insurance program completely paid for by employees. The bill was introduced by Senator Janice Ringhand and Representative Sondy Pope.
