The Bishop of Elphin Kevin Doran has apologised for claiming gay people with children are ‘not necessarily parents’.
Primate of All Ireland Archbishop Eamon Martin said Bishop Doran told him on Monday that he was sorry for any offence he may have caused by his comments.
