The Benin based Independent Television (ITV) went off the airwaves on Saturday night after parts of the television and radio station including the studio was gutted by fire. Head of News at the station, Mr Abiodun Mudashiru, who spoke with journalists, said the fire started a few minutes after 9 pm.
