CLEVELAND, Ohio — Incoming Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation Chairman John Sykes, in a recent interview , dropped a few names of artists who will be on the ballot to become part of the Class of 2020 — T. Rex, Depeche Mode and Notorious B.I.G. — when the official announcement comes down at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
