Condemned Bali Nine ringleader Andrew Chan was praying for a miracle in the lead up to his transfer to Indonesia's "death island" where he is now awaiting execution, a pastor says. Jeff Hammond, a Jakarta-based pastor who has been counselling Andrew Chan for four years, said he last saw the convicted drug smuggler on Monday.
