Prime Minister Tony Abbott says he is revolted by the prospect of Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran's imminent executions. There are more than 100 Indonesian police on guard outside Kerobokan jail as the pair prepare to be transferred to an island off Java to be executed. Mr Abbott said millions of Australians were sickened by the developments.
