Prime Minister Tony Abbott says he is revolted by the prospect of Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran's imminent executions. The pair were taken from Kerobokan jail this morning and are on their way to an island off Java to be executed. Mr Abbott said millions of Australians were sickened by the developments.
