A man has tragically drowned while proposing to his girlfriend underwater during what would have been a dream holiday to cherish for life in Tanzania.
Minutes after proposing to the love of his life, Steven Weber held his breath long enough under water, to hear his girlfriend, Kenesha Antoine, excitedly say yes but he never made it out.
