Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad. PUTRAJAYA: Dr Mahathir Mohamad today maintained that his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi did not raise the extradition of controversial preacher Dr Zakir Naik, despite New Delhi saying yesterday that such a request was made in January.
