VIEW GALLERY A small phial containing a few drops of Winston Churchill’s blood is expected to fetch up to £600 when it’s put up for auction next month. The sample, taken in 1962 when the 87-year-old Churchill was recovering from a broken hip, had been kept by a nurse who looked after the wartime leader at Middlesex Hospital.
