Ireland's European Commissioner Phil Hogan looks setto be appointed as the EU's Trade Commissioner later today. His name has been strongly linked to the job, and the incoming President of the European Commission will unveil her new team later. Ursula Von de Leyen will replace Jean-Claude Juncker in November.
