| MAVERICK CITIZEN: Meet Noncedo Madubedube, the feisty leader of Equal Education |
|
Equal Education general secretary Noncedo Madubedube is an hour late for our interview. Rushing into the non-governmental organisation s glass-encased offices overlooking Cape Town’s Khayelitsha Mall, she apologises profusely. She drops an F-bomb or two. It s been a manic day, “a mess” she says, fanning her face with her hand.
