Golden Valley-based food giant General Mills announced several executive changes: Chief Financial Officer Don Mulligan will transition to an advisory capacity Feb. 1 and will retire June 1, 2020. Controller Kofi Brucewill be promoted to vice president, financial operations, Sept. 1, and will succeed Mulligan as CFO.
