On Monday, President Museveni declared February 16 Janani Luwum day, in remembrance of the Anglican archbishop killed 38 years ago. Among the many testimonies at the national events in Kitgum was this one by APOLLO WODOKELLO LAWOKO, who worked with Radio Uganda and Uganda Television (now UBC).
