Four years ago, Hubert Rolle, now 63, was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) in an ambulance after he suffered a stroke. Although he was discharged some time back, Rolle remains in bed at the hospital. He said he has nowhere to go if he leaves. PMH is his home now.
