AUTHORITIES in Indonesia are finalising plans to move Australian men Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran from Bali to their execution place on a prison island off Java, and a date for the transfer will be determined on Friday. Ms Bishop says Australians might be moved to boycott Indonesia if the executions go ahead.
