A meeting between Indonesian prison and security authorities to make preparations for the execution of two convicted Australian drug smugglers did not go ahead on Friday as planned. Permission was granted on Thursday for Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran to be transferred from Kerobokan prison in Bali in preparation for execution.
